Individual Therapy
An individual therapy session refers to a one-on-one session between a client and a therapist, where the focus is on the client's personal concerns, challenges, and goals. It is a space, confidential and supportive space where clients can openly discuss their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a trained professional. Individual therapy sessions can address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, and personal growth.
